2011: Coach Olson returns to the baseball field after taking a break. This year Coach O will be working with the Bismarck American Legion and Senior Babe Ruth baseball teams. His primary responsibility this summer is as Head Coach for the Bismarck Reps Senior Babe Ruth baseball teams. |

Before BGovs: Coach Olson was the Head Coach for the Bismarck High School baseball team from 1994 to 2009. The Demons were the North Dakota State Class "A" Champion in 2003. Coach Olson played his high school baseball in Bismarck for the Governors then moved on to play for the University of North Dakota. Oly was a member of the BGovs 1986 State Championship team. Coach Olson coached summer baseball in North Dakota from 1989 to 2005. He just completed his sixth season as Head Coach of the Century High School boys hockey team. The Patriots were the 2011 West Region Tournament Champions. |

Off the field: Coach Olson teaches Marketing and Business Education at Century High School. Troy and his wife Tara have four children, Tylie, Taya, Tessa and TJ. |
